Project construction

The project construction module is used to manage the entire process of the project from dispatching, starting construction, node construction, inspection and rectification, acceptance and signature to final delivery. The system supports both PC and mobile terminals. Managers can perform template configuration, project dispatch, progress coordination and project dashboard management on the PC terminal. Project managers, construction personnel and inspection personnel can complete on-site records, node transfer, inspection and rectification and customer communication on the mobile terminal.

The core goal of project construction is to precipitate the company's offline construction experience into a replicable template, transform the on-site execution process into a traceable node, and transparently present the progress, problems and acceptance results that customers are concerned about.

overall business process

Project dispatch process

Project dispatch is the starting point of a construction project. Enterprises can create construction tasks based on contracted customer projects, or directly create new projects for internal projects, model room projects, or projects that have not yet completed contract signing but need to start preparations in advance.

Key points for dispatching workers:

  • It supports creation from contracted projects and also supports creating new projects directly.
  • When dispatching work, you need to select a project manager, construction template, and set the project planning time.
  • The construction template will automatically generate project nodes, and the nodes can continue to be configured with the person in charge, participants, planning time and inspection requirements.
  • Different leaders and participants can be selected for each project node, which is suitable for multi-type, multi-stage, and multi-team collaboration.

Project construction process

The project construction is promoted based on nodes. After the construction personnel enter the project, they select the corresponding template node, press the status flow of "Assign Work -> Start -> Complete", and submit the project log during the construction process.

Construction Record Capability:

  • Support filling in text logs to record construction instructions, on-site problems, communication results and changes.
  • Supports uploading pictures and videos for depositing on-site processes, concealed projects, equipment installation and debugging results.
  • Support @project members to allow project managers, construction personnel, designers, sales consultants, etc. to pay attention to key matters in a timely manner.
  • After WeCom is enabled, the relevant personnel who are @ can receive the WeCom notification to reduce the loss of information.

Project inspection process

Inspection is used to control the quality of key nodes. Enterprises can set whether to enable inspection in the node of the construction template and associate the corresponding inspection template. The inspection template is preset by the company based on business standards. Only after each inspection item is completed and passed can the node be deemed to have passed the inspection.

Inspection points:

  • Inspection templates need to be preset in advance according to the company's business to form unified inspection standards.
  • Nodes can be individually set to enable inspections to adapt to different project types and construction stages.
  • Inspections need to be completed item by item. If any inspection item fails, the project can be marked as unqualified.
  • Unqualified items can be rectified by designated relevant personnel, and rectification requirements, rectification records and re-inspection results will be retained.

Project acceptance and customer signature process

Project acceptance is used to confirm whether the project meets delivery standards. Customers can sign after the acceptance application is passed; only after all construction nodes are completed can the entire project enter final acceptance.

Key points for acceptance and signature:

  • After each project node is completed, project acceptance can be initiated for the entire project.
  • During the acceptance inspection, the focus will be on checking construction nodes, project logs, inspection results, rectification of non-conformities and on-site vouchers.
  • When the acceptance fails, the project will be returned for rectification, and the relevant personnel will initiate acceptance again after completing the processing.
  • After passing the acceptance, you can apply for the customer's signature to form a final delivery confirmation record.

Submodule description

construction template

Construction templates are used to precipitate the company's standard construction procedures and are the basis for project dispatch and construction node management.

Configuration contentDescription
Construction nodeSet standard nodes according to the company's business, such as site introduction, wiring construction, equipment installation, system debugging, delivery acceptance, etc.
Node requirementsSet construction instructions, completion standards, attachment requirements and acceptance requirements for each node
planning cycleSet recommended construction periods for nodes to facilitate quick generation of project plans when dispatching work
Inspection settingsSpecify whether the node requires inspection and associate the inspection template
Division of rolesDefault person in charge or participating roles can be preset for nodes to reduce repeated work assignment configurations.

Inspection template

Inspection templates are used to unify quality inspection standards and are suitable for configuration by construction stage, project type or business line.

Configuration contentDescription
Check itemsSet quality, safety, installation, debugging, cleaning and other matters that must be checked
Inspection standardsClarify the passing conditions for each inspection to reduce subjective differences among inspection personnel
Credential requirementsYou can request to upload pictures, videos or text descriptions
Rectification rulesRecord the reasons for failure, and designate the person in charge of rectification and the rectification requirements.

Project dispatch

Project dispatch is used to create construction projects and complete the configuration of project managers, construction templates, planning time, and project members. It determines which business source the project starts from, who is responsible for it, to what standards it is executed, and when it is scheduled to be completed.

construction progress

The construction schedule is used to advance project execution by nodes. Project members can view all project nodes, current status, person in charge, participants, planned time, log records, inspection status and acceptance status.

Construction inspection

Construction inspections are used to conduct quality control on key nodes. Inspections must be completed item by item, and items that fail will be marked as unqualified and enter a closed loop for rectification.

Construction acceptance

Construction acceptance provides final confirmation of the overall project deliverables. Before acceptance, it is necessary to ensure that all nodes have been completed and necessary inspections and rectifications have been closed.

Customer signature

The client's signature is used to form the client's confirmation of the project deliverables. After the customer confirms, the project can be entered into the completion archive, which can also be used as the basis for subsequent after-sales service, quality assurance and project review.

Project Kanban

The project dashboard is used by the management to view the overall status of the project, including the distribution of projects to be dispatched, under construction, to be inspected, to be rectified, to be accepted, to be signed, and completed. It can also be used to discover delayed nodes, quality problems, and personnel workload.

Transparent construction

Transparent construction shows project progress to customers. Enterprises can share customer mini program cards through WeChat. After entering, customers can view project nodes, construction progress, on-site logs, problem rectification and acceptance status, and communicate with project personnel online.

Permissions and collaboration

The project construction module adopts a flexible and collaborative permission idea. Different persons in charge and participants can be set up for each project node; as long as an employee is the person in charge or a participant at any node of the project, he or she has full authority over the entire project construction progress and can view and advance project-related information.

This design is suitable for the collaboration characteristics of real construction sites: project issues often cross nodes, roles, and types of work, and excessive subdivision of permissions will reduce collaboration efficiency. Therefore, the system provides a sufficiently flexible authority basis, and enterprises need to constrain usage boundaries through internal systems, such as clarifying who can complete nodes, who can initiate acceptance, who is responsible for communicating with external customers, and who bears quality responsibility.

project management concept

Project management is not about simply recording “what was done”, but making the project process standard, transparent, accountable, and reviewable.

**Unify standards with templates. ** Construction templates and inspection templates carry corporate experience and solidify the practices of excellent project managers into company-level standards, allowing different teams and different projects to execute according to the same set of delivery requirements.

**Node-driven progress. ** Projects no longer only look at a general "under construction" status, but are broken down into clear nodes. Each node has the person in charge, participants, planned time, construction records, inspection results and completion status, and the progress is naturally visualized.

**Keep field facts in logs. ** Text, images, videos and member reminders together form the project site archive. Problems can be traced back when they occur, there is evidence when customers ask, and materials are available when reviewing projects.

** Forming a quality closed loop through inspections. ** Inspection is not about finding faults afterward, but about establishing quality gates at key nodes. Unqualified items must be rectified, re-inspected, and closed-loop to prevent problems from being brought to the next stage.

**Build customer trust with transparent construction. ** Customers can learn about project progress and problem handling in real time through the mini program, reducing repeated inquiries and information asymmetry, and changing project delivery from "passive explanation" to "active transparency".

**Use the system to undertake flexible permissions. ** The system provides permission capabilities with high collaboration efficiency, and enterprises clarify the boundaries of responsibilities through the project system. Technology is responsible for allowing information to flow, and systems are responsible for orderly behavior.
