Module description
customer pool
The customer pool stores the enterprise's public customer resources, and all authorized employees can view and claim them.
- Suitable for storing public threads that have not yet been assigned a responsible person
- Employees can claim customers from the customer pool and start following up after transferring them to "My Customers"
- Administrators can set which roles have permission to view or Action customer pools

The list of customers currently logged in is the main work area for daily follow-up and contract signing.
- New customers will enter "My Customers" by default
- Signing contracts, registering payment, invoices, contract changes and other operations are all completed here.
- Clients can transfer responsible persons between employees
channel customers
Customers from channel partners (agents, distributors, etc.) are managed separately from ordinary customers.

Customer field
Used to customize the collection fields of customer information to meet the customer profile needs of different companies.
- Administrators can add, edit or deactivate custom fields
- Field types support text, numbers, dates, drop-down options, etc.

The global configuration items of the customer module are uniformly maintained by the administrator.

| Follow up overdue settings | Set the maximum number of days between customer follow-up, and the system will remind or highlight it after the expiration date |
| Automatically return to customer pool | Configure how many days a customer will be automatically released back to the customer pool after no follow-up to prevent customer resource accumulation. |
Contract signing
After the customer is satisfied with the solution, the signing process begins:
- Select a confirmed quotation plan
- Fill in the basic information of the contract (contract number, signing time, contract amount)
- Set payment nodes (down payment, mid-term payment, final payment, etc.)
- Submit for approval (if the contract approval flow is configured)
- After approval, the contract takes effect and the customer status changes to "Contracted Customer"
Contract increase or decrease order
If product changes occur during project execution, they will be processed through the "Contract Addition or Subtraction Order" and the original contract will be updated simultaneously.

After the change is completed, the total amount of the original contract, contract products and quantity will be automatically updated, and complete change records will be retained.
Contract details
After signing the contract, you can view the following information on the contract details page:
