Quick Start
When using Magellan for the first time, it is recommended to complete the basic configuration first, then use a real or simulated business case to run through the complete process of "customer -> proposal -> contract -> project -> purchasing and inventory -> finance and after-sales".
1. Log in to the Platform
Visit https://www.mzlpt.com, click Login in the upper-right corner, and enter the account and password to access the system.
Only one person is recommended to use the same account at the same time. For team collaboration, create an independent employee account for each member.
2. Complete Basic Configuration
Administrators should first go to System Management and complete the following settings:
| Configuration | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Departments and employees | Build the organization structure and employee accounts. |
| Role permissions | Control menus, data, and operation scope. |
| Approval flows | Configure approvals for contracts, purchasing, stock-in/out, and other workflows. |
| Notification channels | Configure WeCom, official account, or SMS notifications. |
3. Initialize the Product Library
Go to Product Management and maintain commonly used products through the cloud product library, Excel template, or manual creation. After the product library is created, it can be used for proposal quotation, contract products, purchasing, inventory, and after-sales parts.
4. Test the Core Business Flow
| Step | Operation |
|---|---|
| Add customer | Enter customer name, contact information, address, and demand information. |
| Create proposal | Select products from the product library and set quantity, price, discount, and additional fees. |
| Sign contract | Associate a confirmed proposal and set contract amount and payment nodes. |
| Advance project | Dispatch work, record construction milestones, upload site photos, and complete acceptance. |
| Handle purchasing and inventory | Create purchasing, stock-in, stock-out, or project shipment based on contract or project needs. |
| View finance and after-sales | Record payments, invoices, project costs, and after-sales tickets. |
| Review data | View statistics for customers, signing, purchasing, inventory, after-sales, and other areas. |
5. Recommended Order
