Inventory management
The Inventory Management module is used to manage the complete inventory process of enterprise products from stock-in, storage, allocation, picking, project shipping, returns to inventory correction. The system supports multi-warehouse management, and supports the operation of code scanners and mobile mini programs. It can check the inventory quantity, inventory cost, warning quantity, purchase quantity, contract quantity to be stocked and inventory flow in real time.
The core goal of inventory management is to let enterprises clearly know "where the product is, how much is left, which project it is prepared for, how much has been shipped, and what the cost is" to support purchasing, project construction, financial cost accounting and after-sales service.

Inbound, outbound and inventory processes
Product stock-in, product stock-out and product inventory are similar to traditional warehouse management. It supports PC-side input, and also supports on-site operation with barcode scanners and mobile mini programs. It is suitable for warehouse personnel to quickly identify products and record inventory changes when receiving, shipping, and inventorying.
My inventory process
My Inventory is used to view the inventory status of each product in the current warehouse in real time, including the inventory quantity, warning quantity, purchase quantity, contract quantity to be stocked, and supports viewing the inventory flow of a single product.
Transfer process
Transfer orders are used to process inventory transfers between different warehouses, such as transfers from headquarters warehouses to store warehouses, transfers between project warehouses, and temporary warehouses returning to the main warehouse.
Picking process
The picking list is mainly used to manage the picking up and delivery of products outside the contract, such as screws, cable ties, tool products, construction auxiliary materials and other materials that are not directly reflected in the contract list.
Project shipping process
Project shipping orders are used for shipment by project and are suitable for smart home project outbound scenarios. The system supports the selection of projects for shipment, supports the association with project delivery orders, supports project returns, and supports viewing the cumulative shipment quantity by project.

warehouse management
Warehouse management is used to meet the multi-warehouse needs of enterprises. By default, the system will generate a default warehouse based on the product library. Enterprises can also maintain multiple warehouses based on business needs, such as headquarters warehouses, store warehouses, project warehouses, temporary warehouses, etc.

Product stock-in
Product stock-in is used to record the process of products entering the warehouse, and is suitable for scenarios such as purchase arrival and stock-in, manual supplementary entry into the warehouse, returns and return to the warehouse, etc. When stock-in, you can select the warehouse, stock-in type, product, quantity and cost information.
The system supports code scanning guns and mobile mini programs. Warehouse personnel can quickly identify products by scanning codes and reduce manual entry errors.
Product shipment
Product outbound is used to record the process of products leaving the warehouse, and is suitable for scenarios such as ordinary outbound, internal use, damaged outbound, and other outbound issues. After leaving the warehouse, the inventory quantity is reduced and the corresponding inventory flow is generated.
Outbound and outbound types can be maintained through outbound and outbound type settings to facilitate subsequent statistics of inventory changes caused by different reasons.
Product inventory
Product inventory is used to check whether the system inventory is consistent with the actual inventory. When taking inventory, you can select a warehouse and use a QR code scanner or mobile app to enter the actual quantity.
If the accounts are consistent, the inventory is completed; if there are differences, the system generates a profit or loss record, adjusts the inventory, and retains the inventory flow to facilitate subsequent tracking.

transfer order
Transfer orders are used to process inventory transfers between warehouses. When transferring, you need to select the transfer-out warehouse, transfer-in warehouse, product and quantity. After the allocation is completed, the inventory in the transferred warehouse decreases, and the inventory in the transferred warehouse increases, forming a transfer flow.
Picking list
The picking list is mainly used to manage the incoming and stock-out of non-contracted products, such as screws, tools, wire accessories, installation consumables, etc. Such products are usually not reflected in the customer contract list, but will be actually consumed during the construction process.
Recording the recipient, warehouse, category and quantity of supplies through the picking list can help enterprises count the consumption of auxiliary materials and avoid long-term confusion about tool products and untraceable costs of auxiliary materials.
Project Shipment
Project shipping orders are used to ship products out of the warehouse by project, which is suitable for smart home project delivery scenarios. For project shipment, you can directly select the project, or you can associate the project requisition order to convert the requisition request submitted by the project manager into the actual outbound record.
Project shippers support:
- Select items and ship by item
- Requesting goods orders for related items from warehouse
- View cumulative shipment quantity by item
- Record construction site sign-off and usage
- Support item returns. After returns, the products are returned to the warehouse and the inventory is updated.
Inbound and outbound type settings
The inbound and outbound type setting is used to maintain the business reasons for inventory changes, such as purchase inbound, manual inbound, project return inbound, project shipment, picking outbound, damage reported outbound, other outbound issues, etc.
Unified maintenance of inbound and outbound types can make inventory flow clearer and facilitate subsequent statistics on the quantity, cost and responsibility of each type of inventory change.
Usage Advice
It is recommended that enterprises first unify product codes, warehouse naming, and warehouse entry and exit types before officially enabling inventory management. It is recommended that smart home projects give priority to using the "Project Request Order -> Project Shipping Order" method to outsource, so that project requirements, stocking, shipping and returns can all be tracked by project. It is recommended that out-of-contract auxiliary materials and tools be managed using a picking list to avoid being mixed into the project contract product inventory.
