Plan management provides two quotation paths: Quick Quotation is suitable for quick bidding, and Program Design is suitable for the production of smart customized solutions for the whole house. Both methods support the generation of professional quotation documents and send them to customers.

Quick quote
It is suitable for scenarios where you are first contacting customers and need to give a reference quote quickly. The operation is simple and the bidding efficiency is high.
Main operations:
- Select target customers and create a new quotation
- Search for products from the product library and add them to the quotation form
- Set quantity, unit price and discount for each product
- Add additional costs (installation fees, freight, auxiliary materials, etc.)
- Generate quotations and send to customers via:

Scheme design
It is suitable for whole-house intelligent customization solution scenarios. It supports placing products directly on floor plans and generating visual point maps and complete solution files.
House plan and product placement:
- Upload the customer's household floor plan, supporting PDF or Picture (JPG / PNG) format
- Select the product in the product panel on the left, drag and place it to the corresponding position on the floor plan.
- After placement, it will automatically be included in the plan list, and the quantity will be summarized in real time.
- Support adding regional identification (living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc.) on drawings
- Support adding text annotation and construction connection to indicate the direction of the line
Sub drawing (light drawing):
- Independent sub-drawings can be created under the floor specifically for lighting planning.
- Switch to the lamp icon panel on the left, select the lamp icon and drag it into the drawing
- Lighting diagrams and main drawings are managed independently and can be exported separately or combined into a complete solution.

cost accounting
Calculate the product costs in the plan and assist sales staff in understanding the gross profit situation.
- Enter product purchase cost price
- The system automatically calculates the overall gross profit and gross profit margin of the plan
- Cost data is only visible to roles with permissions and is not displayed to the outside world.
Solution template
Save frequently used solutions as templates and call them directly next time to improve quotation efficiency for repeated scenarios.
- Supports saving existing plans as templates
- Templates can be set as personal templates or corporate public templates
- When creating a new plan, you can quickly initialize the product list from the template
Solution configuration
Administrators can uniformly set the style and content of the plan for external display in the plan configuration to ensure that the plans exported by all employees have a consistent style.
